Gattiland with Addy

For Addy's birthday (Connor's BFF) we went to Gattiland and had so much fun!

They had to step on the different lights every time they lit up.

Future BFF's.  Aren't they too cute?!?

Uh oh...

If you think giving your 2 year old a stamp to play with is a good idea...think again!!

Whenever Connor goes #2 in the potty, he gets a surprise.  I found an elmo stamp in the $1 bin at Target and thought he'd love that.  I told him he could only stamp on paper, BUT he seemed to forget about that rule.

My Chunk of Burnin' Love

Reid went to the doctor for his one year check up last week.  He's slimming down quite a bit:

Height: 32 1/4 -- off the charts
Weight: 26.7lb -- 92%ile
Head: 47 3/4 -- 80%ile

I love this picture because they are holding hands!!
Its funny, he and Connor have been the same length at each check-up, although Reid outweighs him by a couple of pounds. And he has now pulled behind Uncle Jason, but not by much!

Things my little stinker is up to these days:
--still thinks it's great to play in the toilet
--pulls out his wipes and throws them everywhere
--babbles a lot but doesn't say any words on a regular basis.  He signs "all done" and occasionally "doggie"
--has 4 teeth but 2 more are coming in
--takes a brush and pretends to brush his hair.  He also puts the cell phone up to his head.
--when reading "Where's Spot?" he shakes his head when we read "is he behind the door, bed, stairs, etc?"
--loves giving Connor hugs and kisses!!  As soon as I say "Reid tell Connor night night," Reid opens his mouth and gives Connor a kiss.
--wears a size 5 shoe

The Very Hungry Caterpillar

This year for Reid's 1st birthday, we did "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" theme after the book by Eric Carle. We decided to keep it low key with only grandparents, an uncle and the boys girlfriends (sisters Addy & Ava.) Poor Reid had been sick the week leading up to his party (temps of 104.5) so the on the big day he was still pretty fussy :( But he hung in there to open presents and devour his cake! He needed no instructions on how to eat it! And yes we had red everywhere!! I decided that for each birthday (with the help of Mimi or MeMaw of course) I would make the boys birthday cakes, so thanks Mimi for your help on this one.

Here are lots of pictures (and all out of order.) For some reason it's not posting correctly so just click on the link below and you should be able to view the pictures.
