First Day of School

Today Connor started Mother's Day Out. This was big considering Connor is with me 24/7!! I figure with baby #2 coming soon this will be a good time for me to schedule doctor's appointments and also take those much needed naps come 3rd trimester.

Connor loves kids and plays very well with them. But when he realized Momma was not longer there, it wasn't good. He cried off and on all morning and the director called and suggested I pick him up early. So instead of staying from 9-1, he checked out at 11:00. When I got there, he had cried himself to sleep. :( With him being a summer baby, he is the youngest in the class. A few of the kiddos are already 2 and Connor is just 16 months. We're going to try again on Thursday but I'm already dreading having to leave him crying at the door.

As soon as we got back home he was laughing and running all over the house...back to his normal self. So I hope he adjusts soon. Here are some pics of his first day:

I thought this was cute. Lunchables makes these mini sizes for kids: Mini crackers, turkey and cheese. Perfect for Conman's lunch.


And on a sad note, Josh lost his grandfather on Thursday. Paw Paw will be missed.
