Easy as 1-2-3

Connor never ceases to amaze us!  Last week he was in the den playing alone with one of his toys.  I was walking down the hall and I hear his sweet little voice start counting, 1, 2, 3, 4... he got to six and I ran into the den and asked Josh "are you hearing this?"  He continued all the way up to 13!!  We had no idea he could count higher than 2!!  I have no idea where he learned this, but his little brain just absorbs everything.  I'm not really sure at what age kids should be counting this high, but I like to think 18 months qualifies as a smarty! ;)

I h ave been trying for days to upload a video of him counting but seem to have problems.  So I think if you go to this Web site you should be able to see him.  You'll notice though he gets distracted by the bubbles.  As I mentioned, if left alone he counts until 13, then after that we can only understand teen.  I just love to listen!

Also, his newest thing is throwing things in the "chosh" aka trash.  He will find anything that needs to be thrown away, open the pantry door and toss it.  He closes the door and is so proud of himself!
