Big Helper

Connor is such a good big brother. Granted there are plenty of things he does to his little brother that aren't so nice but he loves and protects Reid all the time. In fact last week when we were leaving Mimi and Papa Jud's house, I told Reid many times to get his shoes on so we could leave. He wouldn't listen so finally Connor and I drove away. Connor was in the car and in a very panicked voice he said, "what about Reid?" I said that we were leaving because Reid wasn't listening and obeying mommy. Connor, now crying said, "But he's my brother!" It was sad but so sweet! So we went back and picked up Reid. ;)

One night Reid was in the bath while I was cleaning up the kitchen from supper. Connor said he'd help bathe Reid and get him out.  He was being so sweet to Reid.

 Reid wanted to play for a while, so Connor sat and watch him play.

 Time to get out and dry off.

Reid does request Connor to bathe and get him out from time to time.  The other day, Reid was going potty and started yelling for Connor.  Connor answered the call, and when I asked what Reid wanted he said, "oh there was no more toilet paper so I had to get more and put in on the roll for him!"  I love that Reid called for Connor to get more toilet paper rather than Mommy!
