Connor received a clean bill of health from his doctor at his 8 year check up!
Yea for healthy kids!
For Connor's party, we had an outdoor theater showing the Lego Movie. The invitations were movie tickets.
We first started out with a swim at our neighborhood pool.
Josh took turns throwing in all the kids.

Not only was it Connor's birthday party, it was also mine and Josh's 10 year wedding anniversary! We got to spend it with a bunch of 8 year olds. So romantic!!!

Connor doesn't like cake, so we made him a cookie cake.

As usual at a party, I forget to take lots of pictures. After swimming, the kids roasted hot dogs. Then after birthday cake, they took their seats for the movie and were served pop corn and movie candy. For party favors, I bought each kid a voucher for a free Redbox movie and attached a bag of popcorn with it.
Another successful birthday party in the books!
