Hurricane Ike

Well, it appears that Livingston is going to be hit hard with Ike. The eye is just to the west of us, leaving us on the "dirty" side, which is much worse. In addition to the strong winds and flooding, large tornadoes will be forming as well. The wind has already picked up here. When Rita hit, my parents did not have electricity for several days so if that happens again, we might leave. If we do lose power, then obviously I won't be on here for a few days. We've stocked up on the necessities and will now just sit and wait.
