We all scream for BLUE BELL ice cream, of course. We have had lots of surprises for Connor lately. We plan things then tell Connor if he's good he'll get a surprise. We've gone all sorts of places and seen all sorts of people--the Goodpastures from Florida, MeMaw, Michaela, Paw Paw and then Friday Mimi and Papa Jud. Josh took the day off and we drove to Brenham to tour the Blue Bell ice cream factory. For those who don't know, Josh and I consume A LOT of blue bell ice cream at our house. We usually go through a 1/2 gallon ice cream in about 3 days so we try to keep our freezer stocked. During the tour, the guide asked questions and I am very proud to say that I knew every answer! Yep I know my blue bell!!
It's been several years since I last toured the factory. Here is Uncle Jason and me the last time I was there:
We couldn't take pictures on the tour so these were all afterwards eating ice cream. The boys rarely eat ice cream so having a big bowl of this before lunch was a treat!
Connor has gotten really good at writing his name in a straight line. You can't see it, but he wrote his name across Mimi's cast!
The day before we had yet another surprise for Connor and it was to go to Chuck-e-Cheese. Josh had never been so on his vacation day we thought that would be a great place to spend it!

We have loooooved having Daddy at home with us the past couple of days and not looking forward to Monday when it's back to reality :(
