Earlier this year, Connor painted a picture at school which was entered into an art contest. Last week we were notified that he received an Award of Merit, which means 2nd place in his age category. Connor gets much of his artistic ability after his mom, so we were pleasantly surprised when we heard the news. There was an awards program at school in which he received a trophy and certificate. He was SO excited when he got to school and found out he had placed.
The category was "Believe, Dream, Inspire" His art was called, "TRex and Monkey." His explanation of his work, " You dream about things you like to do. It makes playing more fun."
