Fun Run

Connor's school hosted a Fun Run to raise money for the school.  Reid and I went to cheer him on and had so much fun! Connor sped through every lap! The DJ was playing good kid music and with each lap, he'd make up another "rule" for the runners.  One song was the chicken dance so he told them all to run like chickens.  Some others were waving their hands up in the air, finding a partner to run with, speed walking, giving high 5's to all the teachers and parents and acting out "What Does the Fox Say."  Each of these "rules" went along with the songs being played.

( I edited all of these on my phone, but when I uploaded them to my comp, I lost all editing! :/)
 Hi Mom!
You have to look closely, but Connor and Reid are running side by side.  Reid couldn't stand not getting to participate with his best friend!

Getting ready to take off for another lap!
 GO!!!!
The boys are exactly in step the whole way!

C'mon, Connor!

He did SO well; completed 30 laps. His cheering squad was very proud of him! ;)

On the baby front, I am now 17 weeks and things seem to be moving right along!  I got to hear the heartbeat last week and it was between 148-150, which is exactly where it should be at this stage.  He or she is now the size of a turnip and is practicing sucking and swallowing (for all those around the clock feedings!) Other than being tired and having headaches, I am still feeling fine. I go back at 20 weeks to have another ultrasound, which the boys will be accompanying me. I can't wait for them to see their little sibling on the screen! :)
