Well, I am officially a baseball mom...and I love it!! I've always enjoyed baseball and couldn't wait until the boys were old enough and ready to start. They really, really like the sport and I'm hoping they continue to enjoy it for years to come.
This past weekend was opening weekend for both teams. They had such a good time playing and their cheering squad had a good time watching!
Connor is on the Padres and Reid on the Yankees.

Is he not the cutest Yankee?!?
The Yankees
This is such a typical picture of being a boy mom. I have one son trying to climb on me, and the other ready to swing the bat at one or both of us!!
My little loves!
Up to bat! Connor did very well and got a single every time. He was the only one to hit if off the coach!
There it goes!!
The ex-baseball coach cheering on the next generation!!
Get the ball, pitcher!!
It's another HIT!!!
Ok I know the boys will kill me someday for writing this, but it's too funny not to remember. Both of the boys ran a little "different" to all the bases, because um...nature called and they had to GO! They didn't know they could leave the game to go to the restroom. So we had a talk and told them not to wait and that the coaches will understand! Connor's concern was "what if I am getting ready to hit the ball, the ball is coming toward me and then I have to go?!?" I told him to run to 1st base then he could go. Ha.
